We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If you aren't, let us know so we can take care of your every need. If you do require a refund here are our store policies.
-Product must have been purchased within the last 90 days.
-No cash refunds may be given after 30 days. Our procedure for refunds after 30 days and before 90 days is to issue a store credit in the amount of the item(s) returned.
-No refunds or store credits after 90 days, unless the product is under warranty.
-If you are returning an item you received as a gift, you may exchange the item or receive store credit for the current amount of the item.
Shipping Policy
We strive to ship out all orders within 24 hours. If your order will be delayed, we will let you know immediately. All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. We do our best to give you an accurate shipping estimate on our website. If your actual shipping is more than our estimate we will call you to let you know the difference owed. In most cases, we will not charge change your shipping charge unless there are multiple boxes required or you are purchasing items that require special shipping procedures (i.e. hazardous or flammable (alcohol based) products).
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, notify us immediately at 1-800-877-0070. We will arrange to have the item shipped back to us and a replacement item sent to you at no charge.
